I need help.. I have a booking form that is added to the relevant contact each time I take a booking. One contact may have several forms allocated to it over a period of time. When I come to print a contract that has the details of a specific booking, all the data from all the forms is sourced. How do I/can I isolate a specific form for a specific contact for printing? The contract is set up as a page in the design feature

How are the forms different?
Same type of form, different name?

The forms are the same it's just the data input changes with each particular booking. I give the forms a different name but they are from the same template. If I have multiple booking forms linked to a single contact I can' print any one form in isolation - and the PDF generated, which lists all the forms, only aligns the data from the first form in the list. The other form data is totally out of sync with my page template.
