Is it possible to show two different appointments on a MS Word merged document? I have a client who books two appointments with each service sold. Each has a different purpose, like the first is a planning session and the second is the actual event. In DayLite they do have different categories on each. He sends out a document with both appointments on it. How can I get both to show on an MS Word document.

I can do this on a report but we need to put it on an MS Word document.

Any ideas?
