Is it possible to copy a report component from one report to another? For example, can I copy a strip and its sub-components from an existing report to a new one I am building? Thanks!

Yes, open the source report and copy the strip (its sometimes easier to use the outline view to select a component), open the destination report and paste away.

The usual rules about what content can go where apply. e.g. strip in body.

You can also drag and drop between reports.

Open both reports
Hold "alt" and click and drag the object over to the other report.

This is also useful when you want to create dynamic, boxes, and text boxes of the same size in the same report. It dupicates the original selection.
