How do I enter the row by row data into the estimate form?

Darrell - You add or delete items to the estimate by selecting the "+" or "-" key in the lower left hand corner of the estimate screen. This will allow you to select a product or service. The information is populated from the product or service that is identified. To add a product or service as well as all related information, select "Window" in the main menu and then "Product and Services". You will then be able to add or delete the product or service and specify items such as cost, image, etc.

Great. Thank you. I created a Product. Now how do I use the existing Estimate form. I can go into the "Actions" and "Creat new Print layout" but there is no + or - sign there. How do I use this existing Estimate form?

The Estimate is a component of an Opportunity. Create a new Opportunity and then use the Estimate pane to add your product or service. You can then export or send the Estimate.
