I think that what I want to do is very simple, however it seems that I am even simpler. I want to use the report template of incomplete tasks grouped by project but show only the entries for a specific project. How do I go about adding a filter of project name please?

Go to the outline located on the left hand side. Expand the menu till you get to the first table. Expand Report -> Page -> Strip -> Table.

Select Table then go to the right hand side and scroll down till you see Data. Double click on the row that look reads "Standard Project".

Under Filtering Criteria you can then add a Project Name filter. Type in the name of the project and then press ok. Save the template and it should work.

Many thanks, nearly got it now. I have based the report on the incompleted tasks by project template and added the report name filter as you instructed. This now works a charm, but when I change the task status from 'less than done' to 'is done', there doesn't seem to be a change in the filtering and the report still shows only incomplete tasks. I have tried removing the project status filter but that didn't make a difference. Any ideas about what I am doing wrong here will be most welcome.
