I am creating a print layout that displays the forms that we have associated to a Group. I've got it mostly working having created a nested table that displays the fields in the form, but I also need to display the "Name" that is typed into each form and I can't see how to do this.

Our forms are for students to attend a class. The form has 3 fields, Paid, Amount, and Payment type. I can see all of these fields, but for each form we put in the student's name in the "Name" field that is at the top of every form.

Right now my report displays the 3 fields, but I don't know which student has paid.

Is there a way to print this Form Name field? I would rather not put another field on the form for the student's name as that seems redundant.
