Both over $400. As I said before, don't compare Daylite to something that's twice the cost and that can only do *1* thing - Daylite is much more powerful than a reporting tool.

That's royally incorrect - I've seen posts from MC folks every day (at least weekday anyways), and not just from the sales guys, from other depts too. Just because you haven't bothered to look elsewhere on these forums doesn't mean their 'involvement is almost non-eixstent'.

And if you don't think they addressed your issue, then avail yourself of their support options (you know, like the free email support?), or send them feedback/bug reports directly - these options are clearly and easily available from the Help menu.
