When printing mailing labels zip codes always have a comma after them and the zip codes appear on a line below the city/state line instead of on the same line. Anyone know how to solve these problems?
Thanks. |

Hi Tim-
Go to Actions menu>edit print layout or report click the template you want to edit then dbl click on postal code and another screen (edit dynamic text) will come up. click once on postal code and look down in the bottom right corner of the screen and you will see a box to click or unclick that says "if valid text, insert ___ , ____. It may take you a few tries but that should do it. Janice |
