hello,
we use appointments with category 'worktime' as a timetracking. We don't use tasks for this since we use tasks for mayor tasks that need completion (can take several weeks to complete one). each day everybody enters his worktimes in the calander and attach them to the correct project. wa have a simple print layout with a list of all appointments and makes the sum of those appointments. works perect. now we need the sum per user (owner), because we are starting to bill some people a different rate. can anyone help me, or give me a few pointers how to realise this. i uploaded a simplefied report on our server www.concrete.be/daylite/timesheet.zip |
