I'm trying to create an envelope that will address the alternate address of an organization. I can't find the proper fields to design it. How do I do this?

I think our issue is the same. What I have to do is Open the Contact, Go to Phone/Addresses, Select the second or third address, Select the number "1" in the lower right corner of the Address list window.

Don't forget to switch it back after printing your envelope.
