I'm using a modified label layout, currently the info is Fullname, Street, City, State, Postal Code.

I created a 'spouse' category in extra field 10.
I'm creating labels for my holiday cards.

Is there a way to modify the layout to have "& spouses name" appear on the label from the extra field 'if' it's there, but 'if' it's blank put no ampersand?

I saw where I could edit the dynamic text, however I could figure out how to put in a new piece of Dynamic Text.

If you double click a dynamic text field and then select a token you will see the following text in the bottom right "If valid text, insert ......"

So you add the token that displays extra field 10 and then use this feature to display a " & " (insert a space after and before the &) you will get your desired results.

Thank you - sounds like that would work, but I don't know how to add the token. That is where I was getting stuck.

I finally figured out where the + was to add the token - don't know why I missed that before. Thanks.
