I haven't really looked into this yet, but can you create a form that will use the Estimate report for a print-out?

I want a print-out like an estimate but using info from a form. The situation is this... when I get an order from a client for a software package (the accounting package I'm selling), I need to create a PO for my supplier. I've modified an estimate (in Opportunities) to say "Purchase Order" rather than Estimate and deleted the 'Bill to' info and replaced it with my supplier's name/address. So, I fill in the info and print out an 'estimate' that looks like a PO.
The problem is that I need to use my client's record to do this and I'd rather do it in my supplier's record so I can keep track of orders and shipments.

Maybe I'm going about this the wrong way. I'd appreciate any suggestions.
