Hi all,
Not sure if this is down to me having a stupid moment or whether this is a genuine problem! Can anyone help with the following though? Basically, I just want to print a C5 envelope using my printer (Epson R800 inkjet or Epson C1000 colour laser) so that the orientation is correct for the media. I guess the problem is down to the fact that you feed envelopes through printers with the smaller edge first. As a result the print finds text out of position and at a right angle to where it should be. I have tried portrait and landscape for page layout but same thing. The width of a C5 (or DL) envelope is too wide for my printers to take through larger edge first so can't try this. The only ap that seems to deal with this is Apple's Address Book. It has an option in print settings for orientation and selecting this all is fine. Seems strange though that I can't do this with DL - unless it is me not knowing how! Any ideas? Thanks in advance, Mike |
