Hi,
NewBie here. Is the linked under appointments are saved in the database? We are trying to create a report regarding appointments that will sum up all the total hours accumulated by users, within the report it will include the people/contact who are linked and the hours they accumulated to a specific appointment. We have already a report that will generate this, the problem is, people/contacts that are linked on a specific appointment will not show up. I cannot find linked (field) when browsing to the data row during the edit report layout. However the details,category,location,duration,start/end date,minutes are there Is there any way to do this. Please Help. Really Need Help. |

Hi
Anybody can share? Just found out that when you linked a user under a specific appointment the data cannot be show when previewing the report. However if you add a linked contact not a link user under a specific appointment the data can be shown during previewing of report this can be achieved by adding a text box on the table and set its token as "All Contact as string" To the marketcircle team... how can we make an appointment report that will show all the included linked user and not as a contact and that it will also show the hours and sum of the hours that the linked people attended this appointment. |

what's the difference with the Users with blue icon and a user added oas a contact with like a semio-range color icon?
