How do you put the information collected from a form into a estimate? Is it possible?

In short, I don't think so. I experimented a little and couldn't do it. Daylite seems to require that a form be attached to an Opportunity, Contact, etc. The form data can be pulled into a table that is nested into a table that pulls/filters from the Opportunity or Contact.

A work-around might be to create a report in place of the estimate that pulls in the line items and the form data. You would have to set up a method of selecting the right opportunity in the report, probably with the user input tool. That might be a little cumbersome. (I'm not sure this will work, just an idea.)

Another work around might be to set up a print layout based on your selection of an opportunity. But I'm not sure you can pull form data into a print layout.
