It would be nice if all Avery label templates came up in the Print menu. I'm looking for Avery 5630.

Hi Andy,
You are probably aware of this but you can quite easily add the 'Avery 5630' report to your print menu (or any other avery labels for that matter). If you go to Actions > New Print Layout > Label Sheet. Follow the prompts - what object you want to print labels for (eg. Contacts), start with a blank layout etc. When you get to the prompt asking you for paper size it also has the option to set the label you want to use - click the change button and you get a long list of labels to select from - type '5630' (your avery label code) in the search box and then select it in the list. Click Ok. Then click Next, then save your report (you can edit the details that appear on your label if you wish). The Avery 5630 label sheet will now appear in the print menu for the object you selected at the beginning (eg. Contacts). Best wishes, Lee |
