Whenever I write a letter to a contact and there is no Mr./Mrs./Dr. or whatever, in the letter there is an extra space before the name and therefore the name and address does not left justify properly. I know I could take out this merge field, but I want to leave it there for the times that I do have one to use.

any ideas?
