Just a really quick note here to say that I had the pleasure of working with Cynthia from Blue Rock Consulting on two custom reports -- one was a variation of their "Today" report and the other was a (indespensible) "time sheet" report -- and the experience was the best I've had in a long time.
Cynthia was incredibly responsive, patience, and the reports are excellent and very inexpensive for the amount of time she dedicated to making them right for me.
