I put on workshops weekly. I need a simple report that has 4 columns view. Need no lines to separate the columns. It would have Name (c1) Complete Address (stacked like a label)(c2) e-mail (c3) and phone (c4). the names would be in list format going down the page alphabetically. Its a simple report I pass around for people to make corrections or to add their name to my workshop mail list. Thanks for the report if anyone has it.

This is extremely simple to make in Daylite, with one minor change: The address will not be stacked like a label.

Just go the list of contacts you want this for, switch to the multi-column list view (of the three square-looking icons near the top of the screen, this is the solid one). Then click the little right-facing arrow next to the column headers (at the top right) to choose the columns you want--in this case Name, Address, Electronic, and Phone.

Now the list is set up the way you need it, essentially. You can just select all the contacts and choose File > Print. Then choose "Live List" as the layout.

You can also save this as a layout to use in the future. Just go to Actions > Make Simple List Layout...
