I'm pretty sure I've set everything up correctly. This 'strange' thing must be the same thing that is affecting the other people as well.

I have just discovered that you can round up in the timers window. This looks like the best way to go as you just select all in the timers window, right click and round up. You have to deselect before the round ups show up in the window (buggy). But then you can simply punch out and everything is rounded up and stored. No need to twiddle with check boxes come invoicing time.

So, best workaround seems to be to punch out all active slips in one go at the end of the day but before punching out, do the rounding up as set out above.

Earlier on in this thread, I suggested that there should be an option to automatically round up when a slip is punched out. I would still MUCH prefer to have this automation built in. Given that you can round up from the timers window, this would surely not be difficult to implement.

Hope this helps (and prompts modest MC development in this area)

It seems to only round up to the next 5 minute increment and ignore the increment setting in Preferences. I have my preferences set to bill at 15 minute increments, but (for example) it rounds 7:35 to 7:40 and not 7:45.

Oops, I meant 7:36 to 7:40. If it is 7:35 it doesn't change at all.

That's more than mine does, I can't get it to round up to any number (1, 5 or 15 minutes). I've tried absolutely everything that has been mentioned in this thread. I'm fairly sure this is a problem with the app and not the method I'm using.

This feature has never worked for me either. I've set preferences to round to the nearest 60 minutes, but rounding the time just doesn't work. I've tried all the suggestions in these posts with no luck at all. Hopefully this will be fixed in an update.
