It would be handy to be able to click a button and be shown all un-invoiced slips for all clients (completed or not).

The 'working slips' tab is exactly what you are looking for. It is all slips that have not been invoiced.

I take a different read on this than AJ: I guess that you're looking for -all- slips at once, for all clients. Unfortunately we don't have a facility for that now. It is something we are actively considering.
