Hey there,

i'm just looking for a way to define the layout of the second page. I dont want to have the client's adress there. Instead I would like to have the room it needs on the first page for the content.
How can this be done?
Thanks a lot smile

I would like to have the second page be blank or have a simpler layout than the first. In cases where my invoices are multiple pages, my header and other info is on all the pages.

I could not figure out how this can be done. I found no way to define the second page different from the first one.
I cant believe that nobody else needs to do this. Isn't there any help?

I would be interested in this as well. I have tried a few things. I see from here: http://www.billings2.com/anatomy/ that it can be done but have seen nothing in support, help etc. that suggest how to do this. This is a major flaw as I've had to edit my invoices to make them fit on 1 page.

I have the trial version so maybe that is it.

mattbing, you are right. In this article you linked, it looks like, as if the second page has another layout. I will try to figure out how they have done this.
I will post anything i can find out here in this post.

Granted, about 95% of my invoices are single-page documents, but some projects require that I itemize a long list of activities. So far, I've tried two solutions:

1) Create a special version of my invoice template in which I use smaller fonts and a modified layout to cram everything onto one page (hardly an elegant solution, I know);

or

2) Generate a brief one-page invoice and then append a second page as a Textedit-generated PDF which I then bind together with an Automator command. But this involves far more futzing around than I really have time for.

As you can see, neither of these is really all that great as far as solutions go. So I hope that someone has a better idea...or that our good friends at Marketcircle have a fix for this.
