I have been trying to figure out how to suppress the invoice total on the second page (or any elements on the second page) without success. I am unable to find any differences in the supplied templates that appear to accomplish this, and I am unable to find anything on this site dealing with this problem.
My specific issue is that on the Stone invoice I want to turn off the total on the first page as it's confusing clients who receive multi-page invoices (some of them have paid twice).

I am looking at the Creamsicle template right now and the second page differs a lot from the first page. I ahve no clue how to do this.

BTW: Is there a manual for this? I only find vidoes, which are nice but don't offer a lot detail.
