Hi Namdi, I see that nobody else has commented on your post. There may or may not be any users in the same industry as you perusing our forums. What I'd recommend to you is that you look around (Google) for a Mac community of people in the financial services industry, and see what they are using. If I come across anyone in your industry I'll direct them to this thread.

My wealth management team uses DayLite extensively as our CRM. THe firm provided solutions are clunky and "lowest common denominator" applications. We are extremely productive as a team by using the calendar, tasks, project management, activity sets and of course contact functions in DayLite. We still use the firm supplied computers for client holdings, transactions and performance reporting. The only downside is that we are not able to use the email function on our Macs for compliance reasons. I've seen several other financial services professionals post in these forums. I would also like to hear their comments

I use it for my relationship management and prospecting. I have a similar compliance issue but I can send outbound emails from daylite and remain compliant. I can't receive emails on daylite since inbound email comes thru notes. The regular contact thing I haven't sorted out in daylite. I haven't sorted out how to schedule annual reviews/quarterly calls.

We simply use one of the Extra fields to mark the frequency of contact (quarterly, semi or annual). Then we use 2 of the Date fields (one for last time contacted, the next for next time to be contacted). Then we set up a smart list for each month (or just change the smart list each month for the current month). If there are specific tasks or opportunities that occur on a certain date we use those too.
