Is it possible to draft (or receive) emails that automatically become part of the "activity" list in DayLite, i.e., without having to manually link the email to DayLite? If so, please explain. And if not, please let me know the most efficient way you know of to link emails (sent and received) to a particular "project"/"activity" list?

Also, I will be setting my fax up so that I can send and receive faxes directly from my computer. What is the most efficient way to link these faxes to Daylite?

This may not be what you were asking and/or you may already know this, but the way to link emails to projects is through the contact. Once a project(s) is linked to a contact, emails can be linked easily to that specific project(s) through the Daylite pane in Address Book when a specific email is selected.
