Wondering if there's anyone who has had thoughts on a template for a training company: the sales stages are very similar to a normal sales pipeline.

We are looking at expanding our database templates. (See this Forum Post)
While we do not currently have a Training Industry template, you can customize your Daylite database to reflect the categories, keywords, pipelines, activity sets etc, you may use.
