Hi,
I am currently a sole trader who runs music workshops at various schools and venues. I spend a lot of time between my office and out on the road visiting clients and running music workshops. Looking at updating my current systems on my mac into a centralized program that will help me manage my large client base. I am wondering whether Daylite will do the following: 1. Produce and print invoices, letters and forms including merged client contact information 2. Handle large mail out procedures e.g. mail merge, envelope addressing and printing 3. Make appointments and link contact details of client into a diary format 4. Ability to run email campaigns 5. Run as a single user program? SYNC TO PDA I am also wondering about the abilities and limitations of being able to sync my information between my Palm T/X PDA (runs Palm OS v.5.4.9) and my Mac. Information that I need to access, possibly update when I am on the road includes: 1. View and make new appointments 2. View clients contact details. Also including viewing previous phone conversations and documenting any new phone conversations. 3. View email and send new emails. Sync with Palms versa mail program? Will Daylite do any of the above? Or in the future? Looking forward to your comments. Many thanks, Keith |

Keith,
Sounds like Daylite is a perfect fit for your needs. It does just about everything you mention, and excels at nearly all of them. You may decide to add a few small pieces to the puzzle such as Billings (also from Marketcircle and integrates with Daylite) for your Invoicing or Jon's Phone Tool if you need full featured dialing options. Overall, I'd say it should make you very happy. Download the 30 day demo and be sure to give the Daylite Mail Integration piece a try, I think you'll like it.
