How is it best, in your experience, to do the reverse calendaring for repetitive deadlines? Tasks with reminders? Appointments? And, do you set up calendar dates (like for litigation) as activity sets?

Hi Myrlys, I think you actually nailed it already, you need to be using Activity Sets, which allow you to set a due date, and events that happen leading up to this due date, including reminders!
Check it out in the Activities tab of Daylite Preferences. I perform at Weddings and Corporate Events, so I use these tons for confirmation of information, sending of thank you cards, and other tasks that are repetitive for every project in the same way.
