Hi,

I am just getting into Daylite to manage my sales, enrollment, and project management processes. It was hugely helpful to see your post that I stumbled upon in the photography section. I copied it and plan on sitting down to "map out" all my data. I thought that it would be great to create a guide like that for new users that walks them through the set up process.

For myself, I almost abandon Daylite because I had not thought through all those details and was not using everything as it was intended and couldn't see how it all connected.

Also, I am newer to sales since I have spent most of my time working internal in large corporations. So, I am finding Daylite is teaching me and helping me improve my sales skills.

I will post here from time to time to share how I am managing things as a coach, speaker, & trainer.

Doug, also check out the "What is the activity set linked to" and "Design studio" threads here, which contain similar useful information that may help you as you progress.

Cheers,

Hi Doug!

Our training/consulting firm has been using Daylite for about five years (and still not using all its power!) I have introduced Daylite to every Mac user I know in our industry as I feel it is a great fit....love to get a user group together to share ideas related to consulting, training type practices.

I'm new to Daylite and New to Mac! I have switched from ACT! and Windows. I need to know if there is some type of coaching or training available in Ohio? I need to set up Daylite to work more efficiently and to utilize all its options.

Thanks in Advance!

I have been using Daylite for the past two/three years. I have enjoyed its versatility and I am still sure there are many options I have not hit on.

If you are new to Daylite or have questions, please feel free to contact me directly. I love to network with other entrepreneurs.

Hi there, I'm a coach, trainer, public speaker etc. been using daylite since version 1, and am through a herculean amount of persistence and many hundreds of dollars of paid help, have finally gotten comfortable with daylite and am finally using it close to it's (or my) potential.

that griping complete, i'd be happy to talk/converse with other coaches about how we do stuff with daylite.

(doug, funny to see you here, call me.)

i'm using daylite 3.7.2, with os 10.4.11 on a g4 and an intel macbook.

hoping to get things ready for a new iphone next month.

how are you guys and gals doing out there with daylite?

Hi,

I am a corporate trainer for about 20 years. We use corporate games to start our session The Ten Easiest & Most Successful Ice-Breakers & Group Games Ever. Our training is based on a book called No props.

Hello all,

I'm new to both Daylite and corporate training, though very excited to explore both.
As an extra helping hand, I was hoping one of you would be able to provide me with a coaching/training industry template for Daylite. I'd have/like to adjust it to my own workflow anyway, but was hoping I wouldn't need to start from scratch.

Thanks for your time!

Kind regards,

Marleen

You should be able to open up a sample database and convert it to your needs.

I am, working on that in the meantime though that's what I meant with 'starting from scratch'. Yes I can, and will do so to learn the in's-and-out's of Daylite, but I'd learn a lot from seeing what experienced trainers are using as well smile

So if anyone's willing to share, I'd love to hear from you.

Thanks for your time!
