Is there a way to widen column widths in Reports. In some currencies you have USD 500, 000; however, in Colombian pesos it would be $ 1, 000, 000, 000.

Yes you can widen column widths. You have to edit the report by going to Design -> New Report. Then select a name for the report and click next. Select the option to "Use an existing report".

Once you have the report in front of you, you can just select the column border and then drag it to the width you prefer.
