Hi Adam,

I want to include "Purchase Order" as a field in my invoice, but I can't find the P.O. object to insert it in the invoice details!!! Where can I find this field?

Was looking for something like this - will save me a good hour when invoicing a particular client with lots of slips!

This report was included in the app since version 2.0.3 - so no need to download this one.

Choose File > Reports or click Reports in the toolbar. It is in the Project group.

When I go to file => reports => projects, I have one option called "billing." That report has a single text block which says "work in progress."

Is there a folder of report templates that I need to download?

This sounds highly unusual. What version of Billings are you using?

Choose Billings > About Billings to find out.

Ooops. My bad. I only have daylite. I had done a search and did not realize that I searched both products.

Do I have to have billings to get decent reports of time spent out of daylite?

Billings and Daylite are separate products. If you track your time in Billings, you can use Billings' reports.

When I run this on a client and select all slips I get a report but there are no comments listed even though each slip had one.

Without those comments I cannot discuss with client over phone.

Hello - actually, this regards the version of this report bundled with 2.0.5 Beta (bld 206). The report indicates the date in which the time was added to the slip instead of the time indicated in the time log window for that time.

(eg, I go to a meeting out of town, come back a few days later, and put in the time spent with the correct date.. the report indicates today instead of the actual meeting date entered into the log.)

Is it possible to select a date range for the log entries on the Timeslip that is dependant on the date the work occurred, rather than the date it was captured? I have customised this report for my clients and added the date selection field but the date selection does not always work as it appears to be based on the date the log entry was created rather than the date of the work.
