I am in desperate need of a detailed taxes report. I need to be able to see the total invoices, taxes collected/not collected on each slip and the total taxes all on one report. Has anyone made something like that? I'm in Ohio and the state requires to know the total gross income, how much tax was collected for each county and how much of that income was tax exempt for a particular period, in my case, 6 months. I'm terrible at designing my own reports or else I would do that. I really don't understand a lot of it.

I need the exact same thing in Florida. I've tried and tried to design my own report but can't get anything usable. If anyone has done something like this and would like to share, or if MarketCircle could whip something up I'm sure there'd be a lot of grateful people here.

I would also like this. I've managed to figure out how to customize one kind of report, but my attempts at creating a custom tax report result in havoc.

I am (too) in the need of finding or creating an "expense invoices" report template valid for the spanish administration tax declaration.

More than creating the template (very difficult, anyway), the main problem I am encountering is that I should add suppliers as if they were clients in order to store their complete details, and then, create the expense invoices reports as I need them to be properly tracked in my country. Details as: legal name, legal registration number, invoice number, kind of expense (because each expense type has different taxing & administration consequences), etc.

I would like to know if the Marketcircle team could add a "supplier" category to be able to attach expenses to them, as well as projects/clients. I'll try to find were to ask this, or a good solution at this.

I would love to start using Billings for next year, but this is the one thing I can't find that's holding me back:

A report showing each invoice, with total before taxes, and a column for each tax amount. A summary row should show the total amount billed for the period, and the total for each tax collected.

If there's no way to get a report such as this "out of the box" (since I guess different people have different tax columns), this would be a great tutorial for helping us to create our own reports.

I agree about the supplier. At the moment I have to insert my suppliers as clients and prepare a negative invoice. PROBLEM: Billings keep going with the invoice number. I.e. if i sell to 3 clients and buy from 2 suppliers the invoice number is from 001 to 005. The Tax Agency thinks I am not reporting 2 income.

I am struggling again trying to get my invoices report to show a consolidated tax clearly detailed and separated, not being calculated in a single value as if it was a single tax.

I am using a consolidated tax (+16%/-7%) that shows in the report as a total tax, and I'm not able to find the right tokens or strings in the template to get the mandatory independent values for the split original taxes of the consolidated one.

For these invoices records, I managed to get all the inputs that I needed to record but the taxes, that are recalled in the report merged or calculated. I need the taxes to be clearly identified as currency.

To get the total tax for each invoice I am using this string:
parent.reportData.object.taxesTotal

I guess it was on the original template I modified to build my custom one.

Anyone knows how to show the taxes separated, not consolidated here?
