I changed my hourly rate from $75 to $105, updated it on the General tab in Preferences, and updated the rate on my blueprints. However, everytime I create a new time slip using a blueprint, the old $75 is always filled in. I even tried deleting all the existing blueprints and creating new ones, and even though I set the rate to $105 on the new blueprint, it always shows up as $75 when creating a slip from it. Very annoying. Also tried deleting Billings prefs and using a backup of the database.
Please help. |

Hello,
I haven't been able to reproduce the behavior you've described. Can you provide me with some more information? What version of Billings are you using? What kind if slips are they? Timed? Quantity? Etc. |

Oscar, apologies for the slow response, I didn't see that anyone responded.
Billings v2.5.6, but the behavior has been there for several version updates. The slips are all timed, varying categories. I can't figure it out. Even creating brand new blueprints with $XX dollars as the rate, upon use in a project the blueprint slip always defaults to $75 I had set when first starting with Billings 7 months ago. Is there anything else I can provide or try? I killed the prefs and everything I can think of, short of losing my whole database. -J |
