As a new user, I am hoping this is an easy fix...perhaps just something I have overlooked. I use an hourly rate but am having trouble with it "agreeing" with the duration worked. For example: I enter in a rate of $50/hour and a duration of 01:09. On the total amount due it says $100...obviously wrong. If I change the duration worked to 01:00 the total amount due becomes $50. What am I doing wrong? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Under preference you need to change the item that say Bill Time IN ....this determines how that 50 is multiplied by the time (1 min increments or more)

I actually have changed the "Bill Time in"...I even tried various minute increments. Still having the same problem.

uninstall and reinstall and make sure when you set up again that you select the time rate...maybe that will help
