As the subject states, not invoice action when i click on the send invoice button! and yes, I have highlighted all the work slips and have opened the invoice templates and re-saved. I need urgent help to get this moving.

i am getting the same problem
i just downloaded a trial and the invoice had been working. I had been testing it and editing my own invoice template (whcih caused a couple of crashes)
now nothing happens when i click 'send invoice'
i have tried trashing preferences, reinstalling the application, and even deleting the entire library > application support > billings folder, and starting from scratch
still no joy??!

billings v 2.0.5b206
mac os x 10.4.9

... also if i click the reports button no report otions appear in the left column (they used to)

This is weird. Open the Console app (in /Applications/Utilities) and try sending an invoice again. See if Billings spews out any errors. That may help us isolate the cause.

I solved the problem by trashing the entire cache folder

Just started to set up Billings and do a trial run. (Full version.) Same problem. Hangs on trying to print an invoice. Has this been solved yet? Thanks.
