Ok. not too sure why this is happening, I have a new organization in Daylite who have 3 employees who I am in contact with, they appear as contacts in Daylite and are linked to the organization. When I go to billings and select add new client it only shows up the people from the organization and not the actual organization itself.

Has anyone else experienced this and do they know how it can be fixed?????

You can only pull contacts from Daylite and not organizations.

Then why does the Billings web site that that it is possible?

I quote, "Eliminate double-entry by importing contacts and organizations from Daylite as clients in Billings."

Any fix or news on this matter yet? It's kind of annoying... smile
In the meantime; What is the best way to work around the problem? Any soloutions?

(I'm pretty new to Daylite/Billings. Working on the trial, but will buy before it expires.)

As a work around i do the following...

In daylite tick the 'add to sync contacts' checkbox for the organization then in billings add the client from address book and not daylite.

Would be nice if it just worked though as its meant to but i hope this helps.
