I'm still farely new to Billings so bare with me. I'm trying to print out envelopes but am having problems with the Client First Name and Client Last Name not always showing up under the Company name. If I preview envelopes for my entire client list (all eight of them) about half don't display the client names. All eight clients are checked as Company in Address Book with the Comapany name being on top and all eight have the "First name" and "Last name" fields filled in below the company name. Why do only some of them show up on my envelopes? I'm using Billings 2.04 b201 Thanks

I figured it out on my own. If I add a client's name in Address Book AFTER I've added them to Billings, the name doesn't show up on invoices or envelopes. Deleting and re-adding the client fixes the prblem but it also deletes all projects for that client. I figured that if I "Link to..." (from the Edit menu) some other Address Book entry and then link back to my client everything is fixed.
