I have submitted 3 support tickets on the same issue over the past 3 weeks with nary a peep in response. This issue makes Billings completely useless to us, but more to the point, I'm just incredulous that Marketcircle is ignoring me. Does anyone have advice on how to get MC to honor its support commitments?

Hello Mitchell,
I have checked our emails and have not been able to see any emails from your name Mitchell Burt come in to our support. It could be under a different name or if your emails are being sent to the junk folder there would be no way of us knowing unless the customer contacts us.

It is NOT Marketcircle's policy to ignore any type of support request. As long as we receive the request you will receive the support.

I recommend you contact us by phone (905-480-5555) so we can do a search and try to locate those emails.

Can you confirm that when you are sending emails to support, you are receiving a notification that your email was received at Marketcircle?
