Sorry for the double post. I now see I should have posted to the troubleshooting forum, vs. the general one.

Ok...I have noticed that the sum in the collected amount (from the billed and collected report), and the sum from payments made, using the same date range, are different.

This is really troubling. How is this possible? Isn't 'collected' the same as 'payments made?' I did run some test payments in a test client, but those were been deleted days ago.
