Download this fixed Billed & Collected report; please unarchive the file and copy the report to your Desktop, or your <home folder> -> Libray -> Application Support -> Billings -> Templates folder.
The new report (called Billed & Collected fixed) will appear in the General area of reports.
The built-in report will be fixed in a future update, at which time this report will be unnecessary.

Need help in Daylite or Billings? Check the Help menu for Apple Help documentation.
Following the instructions above the file crashed Billings three times as I tried variations on a theme.
I finally got it working when I did the following:
When you get to <home folder> -> Libray -> Application Support -> Billings -> Templates folder, put the new folder in there but take the 'Billed & Collected fixed.bitemplate' out and leave it in the main template folder.
What a kludge.
I had the need and determination to get this working. I hate to think how a newbie would cope with this.

I just noticed this issue today, the fix worked for Billed and Collected but it appears the same thing is happening in Payments Recorded, where I have payments made not showing up. How do we fix this ?

I am wondering if the problem with Payments Recorded has to do with the fact that in order for a payment to show up in that report it has to be not only attached to an invoice, but ALSO that invoice's "Sent" date has to be within the date range specified. That is what it seems like anyway from the testing I have done with billings 2.5.5. I am still waiting for a response from support on this.
