Just bought the B3 upgrade and am having major problems ! When switching to account view, there seems to be a patchwork of several overlaying windows, ... This renders Billings useless for me ... and I need it dearly!
It's like there is a problem with the screen refresh or so as parts of the Project window is still there ... (PPC G5 1,8 - 3 GB RAM OsX 10.4.11) |

OK, apparently entering the licence code resolved the problem ... still strange though ...

It could have been an upgrade thing. Do you see any Billings 3 errors in the console?

No errors on screen anymore . Everything goes fine now ...

I have the same problem when switching between views. I have purchased and entered the code. Still occurring.

tetonshaggy - this along with the issue you've reported with Daylite contact import makes me think there is something unusual going on in your setup.
You've restarted since the upgrade right? (in 3.0.1 we force a restart of the app after the upgrade to eliminate a bunch of issues people where having). |

I suspect that we are throwing an exception somewhere and that may be causing all these issues.
I think the best thing to do then is to get support involved. We'll need to look at your database to isolate the problem. Do you mind sending us your database? - we will treat it with utmost confidentiality. Thx. |

I've asked support to contact you - but to speed things up do this:
1) Compress your Home -> Library -> Application Support -> Billings folder 2) Email it to support [at] marketcircle and point them to this thread If your compressed database size is greater than 5 MB, contact support and let them know. They'll setup a quick ftp account for you to upload the database to. |
