My billings crashed, for some reason. I've got a backup on it but it seems to be broken.

When I write over the Database folder with my backup Billings won't start.

I really need my database... is there anyway to repair it or is it lost forever?

I recommending contacting our support, they can try and restore your database and let you know any details to what the issue may be.

You can usually just unarchive the backup and then replace your database folder in the directory:

User -> Library -> Application Support -> Billings

I've tried to replace the database folder with my backup, but when I do, Billings won't start.

I sent and e-mail to the support last week but haven't got an answer yet.

Please send me the email you used to contact support. You can do this by clicking my name and then selecting "Invite Oscar to a private topic".

I'll check with support to see what the status of your email is and have them email you.

I have emailed our support team to check if they have received and responded to your email.

In the meantime I would recommend checking you junk mail folder and resending that email.
