Here's a weird one, perhaps only for me!
In the BIllings main window I select a few working slips (in this case 7 out of 10) the total amount shown on the bottom left is £1741.95, I then click send invoice (just for these 7 slips) and it shows as £1994.37!
Now this might be good for me but I don't think my clients will be too happy being overcharged by what I thought was a cool bit of software. This is very worrying as I haven't noticed it until today, any thoughts or ideas as to what is going on greatly welcome, thanks.

Actually, I just had a thought is this something to do with rounding up? If it is can I stop it?

There's a setting to round up:

Billings->Preferences->"Bill time in:"

I messed about with that and it isn't rounding that's causing the problem. It's something to do with the tax, in my case the VAT is not working properly, it's way more than the 17.5% it should be. Looked around the forum and it seems some other people have had similar problems, seems you have to delete the tax settings and then re-instate them, so I guess I'll try that and see what happens. Thanks.

Tried that and it's still not working properly!
If I can't trust the software to do its job then sadly I'll have to find an alternative and more reliable solution.
Anyone else having the same problems?

This problem seems unique. Most people don't have any trouble with this; we'll figure out what's going on though and solve it.

Big thanks to Adam at Marketcircle, blindingly fast response, downloaded the latest version 2.0.5 and all my troubles went away! Weird but who cares as long as it works.
