Hello,
I think there is a problem with the undo in the template designer. Try this: - create a new template based on the swiss design - select the "[TAX REGISTRATION] Tax name Tax rate" part - delete it (backspace key) - undo (either button or command-z) The template doesn't go back at all at where it should. Thanks for yours answers. |

I'm still having this issue in Billings 3.0.2!

When editing a dynamic text, the proper way to undo is to click on the cancel button to revert back to the initial state. In the event that you click on ok after making changes, and you are in need to revert back, the undo feature will become applicable. Hope this helps.

Stuiterbal: yes, I confirm it's still here in 3.0.2
Bruno Tozzo: sorry, but your answer did not address the correct problem. The problem is NOT in the dynamic text editor, but in the layout itself. When I say "select the "[TAX REGISTRATION] Tax name Tax rate" part", I don't mean "try to edit it", I just mean "select it". The goal is to select the element (TRInvoiceSummaryTaxes, which I assume is a table row), to DELETE it, not to edit it. And if you delete this table row (not editing its dynamic text part), and THEN try to do an UNDO of it, then you get a mess, instead of getting back to where you were before (which I assume is the goal of UNDO). So, as you can see, nothing to do with dynamic text. But thanks for your effort. Please ask for more details if you need to reproduce this bug. |
