Every time I try to preview an estimate or an invoice, Billings hangs and then becomes unresponsive. I'm also having a problem with editing my identity - I tried to add an EPS file for my logo, and Billings crashed. Now, everytime I try to go to preferences/identity, Billings hangs and crashes....any help would be greatly appreciated!

You should include some information with your crash report:
1) model and specs of your Mac (Eg: iMac, 1.8ghz G5, 2 GB ram)
2) OS version (Eg: 10.4.8)

I'm sure there is more they'd like to know as well.

Good point.

I've tried it on two machines with the same problems:

- an Intel Imac running 10.4.8 - 2ghz Core 2 Duo and 1GB RAM.

- Powerbook G4 running 10.4.8 - 1.4ghz and 2GB RAM.

Billings is 2.0.4 b201

Is it a pre-installed invoice that is causing the issue or one you've created yourself?

Could you send me a copy of the report for investigation?

I'm having the same problem. I just downloaded Billings 2.0.5 and I'm using the trial version. I'm thinking of buying... Otherwise it's a beautiful piece of software...

I'm on a Mac Powerbook G4 too. 10.4.8. 1 GB RAM.

It hangs when creating or previewing an invoice, just using the standard templates. Haven't been able to see what they look like, because it can't get past this step...

I'm having a similar problem except it crashes when I click the Create button in the Invoice window. I haven't tried estimates yet. The invoice actually gets created, but it never gets sent to email. This is from an invoice that I've created.

MacBook Pro laptop, 2.16 GHz Intel Core Duo, 2GB RAM
Mac OSX 10.4.9

My problem has been resolved. While in the Send Invoice window, I deselected the Print option and now it emails!
