Chain of events:

retainer of $5000

generated an invoice of $3350, clicked "apply retainer of $3350"

deleted the invoice to do some modifications

here's the "bug": after deleting, there was a "($3350)" in red in the "balance" column in the "projects" window. It looked nice, but it seems if the invoice is deleted, the payment applied to it should be too.
