The Hrs / Qty information does not show up on any of my invoices. I get heading and the content for the item, the Rate / Price and the Subtotal columns, but no column for Hrs / Qty shows up on the invoice. I can see the column on my template. At first, I assumed it was a problem with my custom invoice, but even when I go back and use the default templates, that column doesn't show up on my invoices. I've checked the individual slips and they're marked as "Billable."

When I look at the field in the "Edit Dynamic Text" dialogue, I see:

parent.reportData.object.quantityDurationString

Any idea what the problem could be?

Hi Julia,

There is a checkbox option in the Options section when creating a invoice to Show Quantity or Duration. Checking that box, will have the Hrs/Qty column appear. If you are still having problems, please email me your template to the address in my signature.
