Hi,

I have been using DL & Billings for a little over 6 months. I have always used the feature where I select a calendar event, click Actions, Send to Billings (Working) to create a new time slip. This week when I went to do invoicing I noticed that the Comments section (where I keep my detail) did not transfer to Billings. I had to go in and copy from Daylite and the paste into Billings.

Any ideas?

Yes, this worked before...has for the past 6 months since I started using both applications.

I am now having to copy and paste all time detail from Daylite to Billings.

Doug, unfortunately I've got the same problem. Things were running fine until I installed the 3.7.2 update and are still broken under 3.7.3.

I've sent a bug report to MarketCircle so we'll see what eventuates.

Who knows, maybe the problem only affects you and I due to our first names!

Not a name thing because I, (Jay) am experiencing the same phenomenon.

I just installed DL 3.7.3 and the comments no longer are transfered to Billings. This is a major head ache. I know others are having the same issue. Also the Beta version of 3.7.4 hasn't fixed this. Is there a work around? It is definitely a issue with 3.7.3 and up.

This has been an issue for a month now and still no resolution. Any support personnel from Marketcircle still reading the forums? Can we at least confirm that this is a known issue and will be fixed in an update? This is very frustrating for those of us using Billings and having to copy and paste our comments when they have always carried over in the past.
