I am entering my time from a timesheet as a new task. To do this I have to give my task a name, enter the date, enter the start time, enter the date again (same day), and enter the end time.
I would love to be able to have a pull down menu of tasks such as meeting, art direction, production, etc. Be able to hit the date one time and enter a total time. I need something quick so I don't spend so much time on data entry. |

Hi Shawn,
While you don't have the option you're describing, you can go to Daylite>Preferences>Default Values and set the Task's Due Date and Start Date to automatically fill in when you create a new Task. Hope this helps, Cynthia iMac OS X 10.6/Daylite 3.10 + Daylite Touch/Billings 3 ______________________________________ Daylite Master Partner, Daylite Report Certified www.daylitehelp.com www.daylitehelp.com/reports.html [daylite + billings reports; some freebies too!] www.facebook.com/daylitehelp free Daylite podcasts http://bit.ly/aKVE8j ______________________________________ |

We have similar needs to Shawn... it would be nice if there was an easier way to log "non-scheduled" time worked for a project and have the cumulative hours displayed somewhere conveniently.
