Would love to see a HUD widget that allows user to assign a universal time zone (or clock) to each individual contact/organization.
I deal with clients from around the world, and it gets confusing trying to determine what the 'best' time to call them would be. To have the contacts 'local time' displayed would allow me to quickly determine whether it is a good time to call them (or not), as the case may be. Any feedback, or ideas would be appreciated. Thanks in advance Roger |

I would also love to see a HUD widget like this too. I live in South Australia, but have all my customers in Europe and US.

I have created a HUD widget that takes addresses for a given contact and uses the XMLHttpRequest object to make requests to http://www.worldtimeserver.com/mobile/ and does a screen scrape.
The only problem is you have to manually use CMD-R (Refresh to get an updated time) or click on the city name to go to the world clock web site. I tried to use the Javascript function to set a timer to auto refresh the page but I believe Market Circle does not implement that function. I will post the widget soon under the share zone. |
